Patient Reach 360 is building software that helps specialty medical practices attract, qualify, schedule, and manage patients through one unified platform.

We're a small startup looking for a Full Stack Elixir Developer to join our team as we continue building and scaling our platform.

Our backend is built with Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, and PostgreSQL, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building products, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership of features from idea to deployment.

This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work directly with company leadership, influence technical decisions, and help shape the future of the platform.

What you'll work on

Building new features with Elixir and Phoenix
Developing LiveView interfaces
PostgreSQL database design and optimization
Third-party API integrations
AI-powered workflow automation
CRM and patient management features
Analytics dashboards
Scheduling and communication systems
Performance improvements and production reliability

We're looking for someone with experience in:

Elixir
Phoenix
Phoenix LiveView
PostgreSQL
Git
REST APIs

Bonus points for experience with:

Fly.io
Docker
Stripe
Twilio
AI/LLM integrations
Healthcare software

Who we're looking for

We're much more interested in finding someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow with the company than checking every box on a list of technologies. If you're passionate about Elixir and excited to build meaningful software that helps patients access healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation

$70,000–90,000 USD (depending on experience, negotiable)
Flexible remote work
Opportunity for long-term growth as the company scales

If you're interested, we'd love to hear about what you've built and what excites you about working with Elixir.

Rabbet (YC S17) is hiring Sr. Software Engineers to help us streamline construction finances. We offer cloud-based software for commercial lenders and real estate developers to centralize construction finances, automate administrative work, and cut the time spent managing draws.

Backend is Elixir (Phoenix/Absinthe/Postgres) hosted in GCP; frontend is React (primarily TypeScript, with some legacy JS still being converted). We've been on Elixir since day one (2017), and we use LLMs (Claude and Codex) as part of our workflow.

We're ~20 people with 7 of us on the engineering team, looking to add another 2 engineers over the next ~6 months. It's a small team, so you'll have a lot of ownership and get to work across the whole stack.

We're fully remote. We prefer candidates in TX, CO, or NC, but location exceptions are possible if you have several years of professional Elixir experience. We don't currently offer sponsorship.

Compensation is $140k-$170k/yr plus equity, with a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, parental leave, ample PTO, and a $1,000/year education stipend.

Telnyx is hiring a Software Engineer (Elixir) in Dublin & Amsterdam.
We're building the future of global connectivity: a private, multi-cloud IP network with hyperlocal edge technology, all exposed through intuitive APIs. Our vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation — and Elixir powers the platform that makes it happen. We're profitable and financially stable, and we invest that stability back into pioneering technology and our engineers' growth.

The role
You'll join the team that owns the stack customers use to interact with our platform — API gateway, authentication, rate-limiting — and help every other squad expose and monitor their services better. You will:
• Design, build and maintain APIs, services and systems used across Telnyx
• Debug production issues across gateway, auth, network and application layers
• Ship features at large scale with squads across the company
• Raise the bar on tooling, observability and reliability

What we're looking for
• 1+ years of professional software development with an object-oriented or functional language (Elixir preferred)
• An appreciation of functional programming and the drive to become an expert Elixir engineer
• Experience with relational databases at scale
• An understanding of concurrent and distributed programming challenges
• Knowledge of microservices patterns and anti-patterns
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Consul, Prometheus, Grafana and/or RabbitMQ

Bonus points
• Experience building or operating customer-facing APIs, gateways, auth systems or internal platforms
• Experience with Envoy
• You thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment

Why Telnyx
Real-time communications infrastructure at serious scale, one of the most interesting production Elixir codebases in Europe, and teammates who enjoy sharing what they learn. Based in Dublin or Amsterdam.

Apply now — we'd love to meet you.

Govra builds the operating system modern governments run on. We turn dense statutes and tangled rules into executable workflows, embedding intelligence directly into the work so agencies make faster, more accurate and more consistent decisions at scale. We're starting with tax, one of the highest volumes in government, where better decisions mean more revenue, better public services and improved trust between citizens and the state. The result: government that works at the speed of the people it serves.

We are seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to help build and scale Govra’s intelligent operating system for governments. You will work closely with the founders, customers and product design teams to ship vital real systems in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. This role is ideal for someone who can go deep technically, think from first principles about product and UX, and move quickly from customer workflows to production code.
